Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeler sonucunda halk\u0131n birikimlerinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan K\u0130T\u2019lerin adeta sermayeye pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekildi\u011fini vurgulayan Genel Sekreterimiz, \u201cK\u00fcrek \u00e7eken de\u011fil, d\u00fcmen tutan devlet, anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeler sonucunda \u2018devlet et mi satar\u2019 denildi. Et Bal\u0131k Kurumu sat\u0131ld\u0131, bug\u00fcn hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n da bitirilmesiyle et ithali yapar hale geldik. \u2018Devlet k\u00f6m\u00fcr m\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r\u2019 denilerek maden ocaklar\u0131 r\u00f6davans sistemi ile sermayeye teslim edildi. Madencili\u011fin, i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011finin temel kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyerek \u00fcretim yapan maden patronlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kar h\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131n bedeli Soma\u2019da, Ermenek\u2019te i\u015f cinayetlerinde kaybetti\u011fimiz i\u015f\u00e7ilerimiz \u00f6dettirildi. K\u0131sacas\u0131 halk\u0131n, kamunun yarar\u0131na k\u00fcrek \u00e7ekmekten vazge\u00e7enler d\u00fcmeni de g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc kar h\u0131rs\u0131 b\u00fcr\u00fcyen sermayeye teslim etmi\u015ftir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 1.1em; line-height: 1.65em; font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', helvetica, verdana, arial, sans-serif;\">K\u0130T\u2019lerin \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi ile personel say\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Genel Sekreterimiz, \u00a0DPB rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re 1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u0130T\u2019lerde istihdam edilen toplam personel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 653 bin iken bug\u00fcn 132 bin civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu, di\u011fer taraftan t\u00fcm kamu alan\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi K\u0130T\u2019lerdede ta\u015feron-g\u00fcvencesiz istihdam\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapan ancak farkl\u0131 istihdam t\u00fcrlerine, farkl\u0131 yasalara g\u00f6re istihdam edilen K\u0130T personeli aras\u0131nda \u00fccret, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, sosyal haklar gibi temel konularda farkl\u0131klar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Genel Sekreterimiz bu tabloya ra\u011fmen \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme ve ta\u015feronla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131na devam edilmesinin ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131 katlayarak artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 1.1em; line-height: 1.65em; font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', helvetica, verdana, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">\u201cM\u00fclakat\u0131n Di\u011fer Ad\u0131 Torpil, Kay\u0131rma ve Kadrola\u015fmad\u0131r \u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 1.1em; line-height: 1.65em; font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', helvetica, verdana, arial, sans-serif;\">DPB\u2019n\u0131n 21 Ocak 2015 tarihinde K\u0130T y\u00f6neticileri ile bir de\u011ferlendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 yaparak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay sunumunu belirledi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Genel Sekreterimiz, bu nedenle sunumda K\u0130T personelinin de\u011fil daha \u00e7ok K\u0130T y\u00f6netiminin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. Genel Sekreterimiz oturumda \u00f6zelikle personel al\u0131m\u0131nda merkezi yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav yerine m\u00fclakat\u0131 daha \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan de\u011ferlendirmelere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karak m\u00fclakat y\u00f6nteminin bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fanan \u00f6rneklerinin torpil, kay\u0131rma ve kadrola\u015fmaya hizmet etti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koydu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015ftir.
