Maddesinin  (B) f\u0131kras\u0131 ile 4924 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun uyar\u0131nca s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel  pozisyonlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n memur kadrosuna atanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Devlet  Memurlar\u0131 Kanununda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131na dair kanun h\u00fckm\u00fcnde kararname  resmi gazetenin 27954 m\u00fckerrer say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n<!--more--> 14.07.1965 tarihli ve 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununa a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ge\u00e7ici madde eklenmi\u015ftir:<br \/>\n\u201cKamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n Merkez ve Ta\u015fra Te\u015fkilat\u0131 ile bunlara  ba\u011fl\u0131 d\u00f6ner sermayeli kurulu\u015flarda ay\u0131n ve haftan\u0131n baz\u0131 g\u00fcnleri yada  g\u00fcn\u00fcn belirli saatleri gibi k\u0131smi zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ile y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim  kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u2013 geli\u015ftirme projelerinde proje s\u00fcreleriyle  s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, 4. Maddenin (B) f\u0131kras\u0131 ve  10.07.2003 tarihli ve 4924 say\u0131l\u0131 elaman temininde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekilen  yerlerde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile baz\u0131 kanun ve  kanun h\u00fckm\u00fcnde kararnamelerde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun  uyar\u0131nca vizelenmi\u015f veya ihdas edilmi\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel  pozisyonlar\u0131nda bu maddenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan ve  48. Maddede belirtilen genel \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yanlardan 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde  yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ba\u015fvuranlar pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n vizeli oldu\u011fu te\u015fkilat ve  birimlerde, bulundu\u011fu pozisyon \u00fcnvan\u0131yla ayn\u0131 \u00fcnvanl\u0131 190 say\u0131l\u0131 Genel  Kadro ve Usulu Hakk\u0131nda Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnameye ekli cetvellerde yer  alan memur kadrolar\u0131na bulundu\u011fu pozisyon unvan\u0131yla ayn\u0131 \u00fcnvanl\u0131 memur  kadrosunun olmamas\u0131 halinde, 190 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnameye ekli  cetvellerde yer alan kadro \u00fcnvanlar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli  personel pozisyonlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin vize cetvellerindeki nitelikler dikkate  al\u0131nmak suretiyle Maliye\u00a0 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Devlet Personel Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca  m\u00fc\u015ftereken belirlenen memur kadrolar\u0131na, bu maddenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi  tarihten itibaren altm\u0131\u015f g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde kurumlar\u0131nca atan\u0131rlar.\u201d <strong>Yukar\u0131da  belirtilen k\u0131staslara uyan 4B\u2019li \u00fcyelerimizin\u00a0, dilek\u00e7e ile ilgili  kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi\u00a0 04.06.2011 tarihinden  itibaren\u00a0 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde kurumlar\u0131na ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bununla  ilgili ba\u015fvuru dilek\u00e7e \u00f6rne\u011fi sendikam\u0131zdan 10.06.2011 Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar  ilan edilecektir. <\/strong>G\u00fczel Sanatlar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131  Orkestra-Koro ve Topluluklarda \u201cB\u00fcro eleman\u0131\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda, Sanat\u00e7\u0131 ya da  Teknik personel olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan 4\/Bliler i\u00e7in ise durum daha  karma\u015f\u0131k olup,\u00a0 4\/A kadrolar\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 durumunda, memur \u00fcnvan\u0131  ile Sanat\u00e7\u0131\u00a0 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamayaca\u011f\u0131ndan, bu d\u00fczenlemenin  mevcut durumlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamen de\u011fi\u015ftirme (masa ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma)  olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, \u0130lgili KHK\u2019n\u0131n Sanat\u00e7\u0131 4\/Blileri  kapsay\u0131p kapsamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, kaps\u0131yorsa etkisinin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131  gerekmektedir.
