Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada mobbing sorunu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerin y\u00fczde 80\u2019nin kad\u0131n olmas\u0131, Bakanl\u0131kta erkeklere oranla daha az kad\u0131n\u0131n istihdam edilmesi \u00f6nemli sorunlar olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>KESK\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat ve Turizm Emek\u00e7ileri Sendikas\u0131 (K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat-Sen) kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla anket ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat-Sen Genel Kad\u0131n Sekreteri \u00d6zlem Toprak Cihan taraf\u0131ndan raporla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, y\u00fczde 35\u2019i kad\u0131n olan K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turzim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 37 farkl\u0131 ilden 162 erkek ve 260 kad\u0131n toplam 422 kamu emek\u00e7isi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018SEND\u0130KALAR \u0130LG\u0130S\u0130Z, HAKLARIMIZI YETER\u0130NCE SAVUNMUYOR\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayan 82 ki\u015finin sendikal \u00fcyeliklerinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, \u00fcye olmayan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcye olmama gerek\u00e7elerini \u015fu \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131: \u201cSendikalar\u0131n tarafs\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, duyars\u0131z ve ilgisiz olundu\u011fu, bilgilendirilme eksikli\u011fi, \u00fcye oldu\u011fu sendikadan kaynakl\u0131 tayin a\u015famas\u0131nda problem \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, sendikalar\u0131n samimi bulunmamas\u0131, i\u015f ile siyasetin birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n yeterince savunulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, ki\u015fileri sendikalar\u0131n iyi temsil etmedi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, i\u015fveren esasl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmalar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n korunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, korku, aday memurluk ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde sendikal hakk\u0131n olmamas\u0131\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018SEND\u0130KALAR KADIN SORUNLARIYLA \u0130LG\u0130LENM\u0130YOR, YETERL\u0130 KADIN Y\u00d6NET\u0130C\u0130 YOK\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Sendika y\u00f6neticili\u011finde kad\u0131nlara daha az imkan sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha az tercih etmi\u015f oldu\u011funun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, sendikal faaliyetlere kat\u0131l\u0131mda i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinde daha fazla oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, sendikal \u00fcyeli\u011fin kariyer y\u00fckselmesinde engel te\u015fkil etti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu ise y\u00fczde 56 ile erkekler olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSendikan\u0131z\u0131n kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131yla ilgili yeterince \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor musunuz?\u201d sorusuna 260 kad\u0131n kamu emek\u00e7isinden sadece 51 kad\u0131n olumlu yan\u0131t verirken, 127 kad\u0131n yeterince \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmedi\u011fini, 22 kad\u0131n ise bu konuda fikrinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Ankete kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 59\u2019u sendikalarda kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131rken, ilgisizlikten \u015fikayet\u00e7i olan ve y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bulan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00f6netici olmak istemedikleri de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ankete kat\u0131lan 260 kad\u0131ndan 161\u2019i yani y\u00fczde 62\u2019si sendika y\u00f6neticisi olmak istemezken, \u201cSendika y\u00f6neticisi olmak ister misiniz\u201d sorusuna sadece 23 kad\u0131n yani y\u00fczde 9\u2019u \u201cEvet\u201d cevab\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u0130\u015e YERLER\u0130NDE DE YETERL\u0130 KADIN Y\u00d6NET\u0130C\u0130 YOK\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara kendi kurumunda kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri soruldu\u011funda ise sendika \u00fcyesi olan erkeklerin y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yeterli bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken, bu oran herhangi bir sendikaya \u00fcye olmayan kad\u0131nlarda y\u00fczde 81 olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na yans\u0131d\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018KADINLAR KAMUDA AYRIMCILI\u011eA MARUZ KALIYOR\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa maruz kal\u0131yor mu?\u201d sorusuna kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 63\u2019\u00fc, erkeklerin ise y\u00fczde 53\u2019\u00fc \u201cEvet\u201d cevab\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, \u201cAyr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k var\u201d diyenlerin y\u00fczde 66\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olu\u015fturdu. Kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin birden fazla cevab\u0131n i\u015faretlenebildi\u011fi soruda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 59\u2019u (y\u00fczde 55\u2019i kad\u0131nlar) \u201c\u00dccret yetersizli\u011fi\u201d, y\u00fczde 47\u2019si (Y\u00fczde 43\u2019\u00fc kad\u0131n) \u201cLiyakatsiz y\u00f6neticilerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma\u201d, y\u00fczde 47\u2019si (y\u00fczde 45\u2019i kad\u0131n) \u201cKariyer ve Liyakatta Kay\u0131rmac\u0131l\u0131k\u201d, y\u00fczde 30\u2019u (y\u00fczde 68\u2019i kad\u0131n) \u201cMobinge Maruz Kalma\u201d, y\u00fczde 24\u2019\u00fc (y\u00fczde 75\u2019i kad\u0131n) \u201cEbeveyn olma durumunda yak\u0131n ve g\u00fcvenilir kre\u015f\u201d cevab\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018KRE\u015e VE AYRIMCILIK\u2019 SORUNLARINI KADINLAR D\u0130LLEND\u0130R\u0130YOR<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u015fyerlerinde kendi ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131 ise mobbing, haks\u0131z atama ve tayinler, \u00fccret adaletsizli\u011fi ve amirlerle ya\u015fanan sorunlar olarak belirtti.
