Erdo\u011fan, kamuda m\u00fcste\u015far olabilmek i\u00e7in 12 y\u0131l hizmet \u015fart\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu, de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Yine kamudaki 750 bin ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7inin durumu da bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikle netle\u015fecek. H\u00fck\u00fcmet de\u011fi\u015fiklikle birlikte performans sistemini ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irecek.
