Sistemin as\u0131l amac\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131n bir fon hesab\u0131 \u00fczerinden piyasada de\u011ferlendirilerek i\u015fletmek. Sisteme giren kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar 56 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar her ay d\u00fczenli prim \u00f6demek zorundalar. Fon kaynaklar\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle \u201c\u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n projeler\u201d ve patronlara kaynak aktarmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak. H\u00fck\u00fcmet, \u201czorunlu\u201d ifadesinin olumsuz etkisini azaltmak i\u00e7in \u201cotomatik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u201d ifadesini kullan\u0131yor. 1 Ocak 2017\u2019den itibaren 45 ya\u015f alt\u0131nda bulunan t\u00fcm \u00fccretliler (i\u015f\u00e7iler ve memurlar)bu d\u00fczenlemenin kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7inde. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fccretlere g\u00f6re yap\u0131lacak kesintiler 50 TL ile 320 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. 2017\u2019de bu miktarlar \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131na g\u00f6re daha da artacak. \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin ikramiyeleri varsa, ikramiye ald\u0131klar\u0131 ay yap\u0131lacak kesinti daha fazla olacak.\u00a0<br \/>Asgari \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin \u00fccretinden bug\u00fcnk\u00fc hesaplamayla ayl\u0131k 50 TL, y\u0131ll\u0131k 600 TL kesinti yap\u0131lacak. \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin ayl\u0131k prime esas kazanc\u0131 2.000 TL ise ayl\u0131k 60 TL, y\u0131ll\u0131k 720 TL kesilecek. Bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe g\u00f6re \u00f6rne\u011fin 2008 \u00f6ncesinde emekli olan bir i\u015f\u00e7i son br\u00fct maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 65\u2019ini emekli maa\u015f\u0131 olarak alabiliyorken, yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile bu orankademeli olarak y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
