Hak ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kurdu\u011fumuz sendikalar\u0131m\u0131z, daha iyi bir \u00fccret, daha iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve demokratik bir \u00fclke talebini daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ifade etmemizin en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">Sendikalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc k\u0131lman\u0131n yolu, \u00fcyelerini ve temsilcilerini bilin\u00e7lendirmekten ve bilgilendirmekten ge\u00e7er. Bu nedenle her sendika \u00fcyesinin ve temsilcisinin ekonomik, sosyal, toplumsal ve sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini iyi bilmesi gerekir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Sendikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve emek\u00e7i hareketinin ilerlemesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan temsilcilik kurumunun etkinli\u011fi ve i\u015flerli\u011fi vazge\u00e7ilmez \u00f6nemdedir. \u0130\u015f yerinden ba\u015flayan sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve m\u00fccadelede elde edilecek ba\u015far\u0131da i\u015fyeri temsilcilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck pay\u0131 vard\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">M\u00fccadele tarihimiz bizlere, hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin ancak ve ancak m\u00fccadele ile kazan\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Kitlesel g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc koruman\u0131n ve geli\u015ftirmenin, y\u0131llard\u0131r savundu\u011fumuz talepleri kazan\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmenin yolu, i\u015fyeri \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirmek ve i\u015fyeri temsilcili\u011fi kurumunu do\u011fru tarzda i\u015fletmekten ge\u00e7mektedir. Sendikal faaliyetin ya\u015fam buldu\u011fu, sendikam\u0131za \u00fcye olmayan emek\u00e7ilerin sendikay\u0131 tan\u0131mas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli i\u015flevi g\u00f6ren i\u015fyerleri ve i\u015fyeri temsilcileri, sendikam\u0131z ve m\u00fccadele perspektifimiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat Sen, i\u015f kolunda bulunan i\u015f yeri temsilcilerinin g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6neminin bilincindedir. Sendikam\u0131z, can damarlar\u0131 olan i\u015f yeri temsilcilerinin eme\u011fi, iradesi ve enerjisi ile b\u00fcy\u00fcmektedir. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat Sen\u2019in g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc, etkisini, i\u015f yeri \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7as\u0131 olan \u201c\u0130\u015f yeri Temsilcileri\u201d belirlemektedir.
